Обязанности:
•    Организация и контроль технологического процесса наложения изоляции на элементы кабельных изделий экструзионной линии (экструдеры 60,50,70,90);
•    Подбор, установка и смена дорна и матрицы, загрузка экструдера изоляционными материалами;
•    Заполнение водой ванн охлаждения;
•    Подкатка и установка приемных и отдающих барабанов;
•    Заправка токопроводящей жилы кабелей и проводов в экструзионную линию;
•    Центровка токопроводящей жилы по изоляции;
•    Контроль за наложением изоляции, оболочки на жилы и провода;
•    Контроль за равномерной раскладкой проводов и токопроводящей жилы в изоляции на приемные барабаны, регулирование шага раскладки на приемном барабане;
•    Заполнение водой ванн охлаждения;
•    Регулирование скорости опрессовки, контроль геометрических параметров изоляции с помощью контрольно-измерительных приборов.

Требования:
•    Оконченное образование (не ниже среднего полного);
•    Опыт работы в аналогичной должности.

Work on extrusion lines (extruders 60,50,70,90).

It is required to have a good knowledge base of the technological process as well as relevant work experience. It is also crucial to undergo a medical examination.

Core Responsibilities: 

• Selection, installation and alteration of the mandrel and die, loading of the extruder with insulating materials;
• Filling cooling baths with water;
• Rolling up and installing receiving and receding reels;
• Filling the conductive core of cables and wires into the extrusion line;
• Alignment of the conductive core along the insulation;
• Control over the application of insulation and sheathing to conductors and wires;
• Control over the uniform layout of wires and conductive conductors in an isolation on the receiving reels, regulation of the pitch of the layout on the receiving reel;
• Regulation of the speed of the crimping process, control of the geometric parameters of the insulation using measuring-and-recording devices;

Job Type: full-time day or night shifts (5 shifts per week).
